1. Event basics
Gather the core details first. These shape everything else.
- Date and full address
- Start and end times, including setup and cleanup
- Expected attendance and peak times
- Whether food and drinks are served
2. Site and access
A delivery vehicle has to reach the placement spot. Walk the route and note anything that could get in the way.
- Gates, narrow driveways or low branches
- Soft lawns, slopes or areas that collect water
- Underground utilities, sprinkler heads or septic areas to avoid
- Venue or property rules on vehicles
3. Placement
Choose a level, firm spot close enough for comfort but out of the main gathering space. Consider where lines will form and keep them out of walkways.
- Distance from seating and food
- Out of photo backdrops and stage sightlines
- Room in front of doors and handwashing stations
4. Lighting
Our units have motion-sensor lighting inside. If your event runs after dark, also plan for lighting along the path so guests can find the restrooms safely.
5. Handwashing
Decide whether you want a single-sided 16-gallon station or a double-sided 26-gallon station, and where it will stand. Food service makes this especially worthwhile.
6. Accessibility
Ask whether any guests need an accessible unit. Request one specifically and confirm with us that the unit and the path to it work for your site.
7. Preferences and contacts
Finish with the small details that prevent day-of confusion.
- Blue, pink or mixed, confirmed based on availability
- On-site contact name and phone number
- Any public event requirements you have checked with local authorities
Common questions
- What should I send with my quote request?
- Your date, address, hours, rough attendance, placement details, handwashing preference, color preference and any accessible unit request.
- How do I get pricing?
- Pricing is quote-based. Call or text (815) 529-1180 or send a quote request with your date, location and event details. A quote request does not reserve a unit until we confirm with you directly.
