What a standard unit is for
A standard portable restroom serves most guests. Ours are new, with motion-sensor lighting and mulberry or mango fragrance disks, in blue or pink. They are the base of each of our packages.
What an accessible unit is for
An accessible unit is intended to be easier to use for guests with mobility needs. Sani Service has accessible units available, requested separately from the packages.
We do not label any unit as meeting a particular standard on this website. Whether a setup works for a specific guest or meets a specific requirement depends on the unit, the ground, the path and the space around it. If you have a requirement, tell us and confirm the details with us before booking.
Questions that decide the mix
- Do any guests use wheelchairs, walkers or other mobility aids?
- Will older guests or families with small children attend?
- Is your event public, and have you checked applicable requirements with local authorities?
- Is there a level, firm spot with a smooth path for the accessible unit?
The site matters as much as the unit
A well-designed unit on soft, sloped grass at the end of a gravel path may still be hard to use. Plan the route from seating to the unit, keep it clear of cords and curbs, and light it if the event runs late. Place any handwashing station where it can be reached easily too.
When in doubt, include one
If you are unsure whether a guest will need it, ask about adding an accessible unit. It is far easier to plan for it in advance than to solve the problem on the day.

- No. They are available on request. Mention it in your quote request or when you call or text.
- Do your accessible units meet ADA requirements?
- We do not make that claim on this website. Confirm your specific requirement with us for the particular unit and site.
- How do I get pricing?
- Pricing is quote-based. Call or text (815) 529-1180 or send a quote request with your date, location and event details. A quote request does not reserve a unit until we confirm with you directly.
