Exact terms are confirmed directly
Rental duration, delivery windows and pickup timing are confirmed with you when we finalize your rental. Nothing on this page is a set term or policy. If timing is important for your event, raise it early in your quote request.
Questions about delivery
Think about when the units need to be in place, not just when the event starts. Setup crews, caterers and early guests may arrive hours ahead.
- When does anyone first need the restrooms, including vendors and setup help?
- Are there venue limits on when vendors can arrive?
- Will someone be on site to show where units should go?
- Is the access path clear of tents, cars and decorations at that time?
Questions about pickup
Pickup timing depends on when the site is clear and accessible. Late-night events, Sunday cleanups and venues with strict move-out times all affect the plan.
- When will the last guests and cleanup crew leave?
- Does the venue require vendors to be gone by a certain time?
- Will the access path be clear after teardown?
- Is anyone else using the units after the main event, such as family staying over?
Multi-day plans
If your plans span more than one day, such as a rehearsal dinner and wedding on the same property, describe the full schedule in your quote request. We will talk through what is possible and confirm terms directly.
Weather and ground
Wisconsin weather can change a site quickly. Heavy rain can soften lawns and affect vehicle access for delivery or pickup. Mention any known soft spots or alternative access routes.
Common questions
- How long can I keep the units?
- Rental terms are confirmed directly with you based on your event. Share your full schedule in your quote request.
- How do I get pricing?
- Pricing is quote-based. Call or text (815) 529-1180 or send a quote request with your date, location and event details. A quote request does not reserve a unit until we confirm with you directly.
