Start with attendance and timing
Total attendance matters, but so does how many people are on site at the same time. A graduation open house where guests drift in and out over an afternoon is different from a reception where everyone sits down together. Event length matters too: the longer people stay, the more use the restrooms see.
- How many people will be there at the busiest moment?
- How long will most guests stay?
- Are there predictable rushes, like after a ceremony or between sets?
Food and drink change everything
Events serving drinks, especially alcohol, usually see more restroom traffic. Food service also raises the importance of handwashing. If your event has both, mention it in your quote request so we can talk about restrooms and handwashing together.
Layout and walking distance
A single cluster of units works for a compact backyard. On a large property or park, guests may not walk far, so splitting units between areas can make more sense than adding more to one spot. Think about where lines will form and keep them out of walkways.
Who is coming
Families with young children, older guests and anyone who needs an accessible unit all affect the plan. Accessible units are available on request and should be confirmed for your guests and site.
Check requirements for public events
Public events and festivals may be subject to local rules. Organizers should check with the relevant local authority rather than rely on general guidance online, including this page.
Use our packages as reference points
Our packages range from a single restroom to two restrooms with a double-sided 26-gallon handwashing station. Share your answers to the questions above, and we will talk through whether a package fits or what to adjust.
Common questions
- Can you just give me a number per guest?
- We prefer to talk through your event, because attendance, hours, food and drink and layout all matter. Public event organizers should also check local requirements.
- How do I get pricing?
- Pricing is quote-based. Call or text (815) 529-1180 or send a quote request with your date, location and event details. A quote request does not reserve a unit until we confirm with you directly.
