Guide: cost

What shapes porta potty rental cost in Wisconsin

Searching for a single price for a porta potty rental rarely works, because the right quote depends on your event. Sani Service prices every rental by quote. This guide explains what goes into that quote and how to give us what we need.

Why rentals are quoted, not listed

Two events with the same guest count can need very different setups. One might be a three-hour backyard party a few minutes from our Elkhorn base; another might run all day with food service at a site with tricky access. A posted price would be wrong for one of them. Quoting lets us price what you actually need.

Factors that can affect your quote

These are the details we typically ask about. Not all of them will apply to every event.

  • Number of portable toilets and whether you want handwashing
  • Handwashing size: single-sided 16-gallon or double-sided 26-gallon
  • Whether you need an accessible unit
  • Event location and travel from our base
  • Delivery access, placement and ground conditions
  • Your dates, including delivery and pickup timing

Packages as a starting point

Our packages make comparison easier. The Single Portable Restroom covers the basics. The Small Event Package adds a single-sided 16-gallon handwashing station. The Large Event Package includes two restrooms and a double-sided 26-gallon station. Starting from a package can simplify the conversation, and we can adjust from there.

Comparing quotes fairly

If you are comparing companies, compare like with like. Ask whether units are new, whether handwashing is included, whether there is lighting inside, and who handles delivery and pickup. Ask what a quote includes and what it does not. A lower number that leaves out handwashing or arrives with worn units may not be the better deal for your guests.

How to get an accurate quote quickly

Send your date, address, rough guest count, event hours and a short description of where the units will stand. Mention color preference and any accessible unit request. We will follow up with pricing and availability. A quote request does not reserve a unit until we confirm it with you.

Common questions

Do you publish prices?
No. Pricing is quote-based because the right setup depends on your event, location and site.
How do I get pricing?
Pricing is quote-based. Call or text (815) 529-1180 or send a quote request with your date, location and event details. A quote request does not reserve a unit until we confirm with you directly.
